Spring is here (for some people)

Spring has arrived but some people just won't accept it so while I'm down at the river watching and hoping for ice out, some guy is also there ice fishing and hoping for just one more bite. I have a rule that if you can see open water from you ice fishing spot, no ice fishing. Quite simple.

I kept expecting this fellow to break off on a large chunk of ice and flow down the rapids (which would be cool) and then watch as helicopters and rescue people scramble to save him. In the end, all was safe so no excitement but that was ok with me too.
