England

Business trip - very tiring but mostly because we're stupid.. No sleep, many beers and general abuse of bodies make me a tired sad boy...

but when in england, you must consume beer...

not much tourist activity happens ... but the hotel is next to the Winchester Cathedral

so here is a stitched image of the place. Its really impressive to wander around the grounds... Not so nice when they ring the bells (if bells happen to bother you at the time - see above comment about beer).

more snow finally

since the slush party on the river - the skiing has sucked so it was nice to see snow this morning - lots of wet wonderful snow.

Ice out ?

It's not a secret that I love ice out... Every year in spring I go and search out the perfect ice out time... something about the warm weather, the cold water and pending spring that does it for me... There was no way the ice is coming off this early but when I went for a lunch time stroll, this certainly reminded me of spring.
