Wifes car wouldn't start and it looked like a battery problem. Charging with the 10 am charger produced no improvements and using the 55A starter mode on the charger failed too. Turns out you need 120A of power to get the motor ... 120 A !!!!! - holy smokes - serious power for sure. The nicest part was when we were about to get a tow, we called and the mechanic the phone asked all the right questions about the charger we were using and what kind of power the boost mode had. This is where he told us to use a stronger booster so we decided to use the truck. Anyhow, boost from my truck did the trick and a new battery made it all better.

Kudos to Toyota for a greal service call and top notch "debug over the phone" people .

PHP 5

I am now running this site under PHP 5 instead of 4. Its a cgibin php instead of built into apache but it seems to work

Wierd no more -

Turned on debug and it printed why the rss feeds didn't work. The file in the template directory was missing. Clearly a problem in the code which doesn't report errors well.

This is weird

I can write to the files and write to the main page but cannot write to the rss feed file

Went to Morris Island Convervation Area yesterday. Wanted to do some fishin however the water was low in anticipation of the spring run off so we just went for a hike.

Various misteries prevented php from being able to write directories or files... Tried everything ... finally ran the update for linux and it fixed itself. (more)
